Your use of Lumina Hosting Services is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Lumina Hosting Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). This Agreement explains (i) what's allowed when using our Services; (ii) the rights you have as a user of our Services; (iii) the rights Lumina Hosting has if you do something which is not allowed when using our Services; and (iv) many other important terms. All Customers of Lumina Hosting's basic services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between Lumina Hosting and the User that contains the rights, duties and obligations of Lumina Hosting and the User.
Lumina Hosting's Usage Policy is designed to protect Lumina Hosting, its Users and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior by Users of Lumina Hosting's services. All users of Lumina Hosting's services are subject to the Usage Policy. The Usage Policy lists activities that are prohibited on Lumina Hosting's services, such as hacking and spamming.
3.) Domain Registration Agreement
Customers of Lumina Hosting wishing to register, transfer or renew a domain name must agree to the Domain Registration Agreement.
In our ongoing commitment to providing superior service for our customers, Lumina Hosting has introduced a new, more vigilant anti-spam policy. We have implemented the following policy as a part of our commitment to reducing spam related activity.
Lumina Hosting's Privacy Policy covers treatment of information that Lumina Hosting may collect from users of its products and services and from visitors to the Lumina Hosting site.
6.) Domain Name Dispute Policy
The Domain Name Dispute Policy covers Lumina Hosting's involvement in disputes relating specifically to domain name registrations.
The Data Request Policy covers Lumina Hosting's handling of formal legal requests for the release of account information.
Lumina Hosting's Copyright Claims Policy provides information for parties wishing to notify us of claimed intellectual property infringements present on sites hosted on our servers.
9.) Ownership Changes and Disputes
The Ownership Changes and Dispute policy covers the customers responsibility for any changes to the ownership of a hosting account.
10.) Professional Services Agreements
Lumina Hosting offers certain Professional Services in addition to the basic hosting service. Customers purchasing or receiving any Professional Services must read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this section for each Professional Service they purchase or receive.
11.) Affiliate Terms & Conditions
All Parties wishing to join Lumina Hosting's Affiliate program must read and agree to the Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
12.) Report Spam and Abuse
